Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received.

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery Times

  • Austria & EU: approx. 5–10 business days

  • UK, Switzerland & EEA countries: approx. 7–12 business days

  • International (USA, Canada, Australia, Asia, Rest of World): approx. 10–20 business days

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the delivery country and order size.

  • Free shipping may be offered during promotions or for orders above a certain value (see current promotions on our website).

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For orders outside the European Union, additional customs duties, import VAT, or handling fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping fee.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, refusal of delivery, or unclaimed shipments, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping the order.
